This day, long shadows were stretching across the fields, the view towards the Chilterns was clear (if just a little hazy) and the downhill slopes were tempting enough to turn my wander into a gallop! I’m often accompanied by soaring kites foraging over these slopes – perhaps it’s their favourite valley too!
